Kelsey and Chris planned a gorgeous backyard wedding I had the pleasure of photographing in Burlington, North Carolina. What struck me most about the two of them was the beautiful relationship they had with their parents, especially the bride. On her special day, she chose to include her dad in the wedding by doing a father-daughter first look. The father-daughter first look is defiantly one of my favorite unique first look ideas!

Because the bride chose to do her first look with her father, that meant the groom had not seen her until she walked down the aisle. His reaction says it all!

After such a beautiful ceremony, we closed with the first dances. The bride and groom had their perfect moment. Then the groom danced with his gorgeous mother, and then of course the father and daughter first danced. This couple has such a special relationship with their parents, and you can tell from the photos!
